Meadowlark Power Opt-In
Cassandra's power is faith inspiration. She has the ability to inspire faith - whether in herself, another individual, an organization or ideal, or a higher power of some kind. She won't even realize at first (or perhaps ever) that she's having any kind of supernatural effect on people, and will likely inspire people by example as much as or more than by speaking to them. She'll be better able to convince people to have hope, to fight against injustice, or simply not to give up on themselves, and should be better able to recruit people to any cause fighting for justice or otherwise driven by faith in the promise of a better world.
In its starting version, her power will be very basic and subtle. Simply having a conversation with someone won't result in them being inspired to run off and do great things, or completely change their outlook. At first, she'll only be able to affect people who already know and trust her, and/or already have some leaning towards whatever point she's trying to make - people who want to have hope, or to have a reason to fight, and are (consciously or not) looking for outside confirmation, someone to tell them that there's a reason to have faith, and to demonstrate that faith in action. Basically she'll be able to give really good pep talks, and she won't realize that anything has changed at all.
Please comment below to opt in to have your character affected by Cassandra's power! You can either opt in to have your character affected at any point, or request/allow a specific instance of your character being inspired by Cassandra. Feel free to be as vague or specific as you want with regards to the consequence or strength of the effect (anything from your character feeling a bit more hopeful to being inspired to run off and join Morningstar). Comments are screened.
